Lady Justice Apparel™ tries to provide an accurate description of the sizing for its apparel. However, every person’s body is different. We cannot guarantee individual fit.

Lady Justice Apparel™ focuses on inclusive gender-neutral apparel, our Adult apparel and kids collections are all unisex sizing. However, certain Limited Editions are offered in Ladies sizing.

General Care: Washing & Ironing

Please read the tag on your garment. It will provide washing instructions. To make sure your Lady Justice Apparel™ garment lasts, wash it inside out. This will protect the silk screen-printed design. If you need information about the washing symbols, here’s a good reference site you can access click here.

Ironing

Your Lady Justice Apparel™ is a screen-printed design. Do not iron the screen-printed area because it will damage and/or destroy the design. 

Shipping

Lady Justice Apparel™  ships across Canada and only the United States under certain conditions. Orders are sent out within 72 hours (three business days). Pre-Orders are usually shipped according to a specific date or within 2 weeks after the order is place. 

Costs for shipping vary and may be subject to increased postage costs and/or shipping costs. Shipping of pre-orders are subject to change due to manufacture supply chain issues.  

When any orders are shipped to the United States, they are subject to customs or duties upon arrival in that country where the buyer/customer has requested they be shipped to, and any customs or duties payable are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer.

Shipping delays are always a possibility and are completely outside the control of Lady Justice Apparel™ and we cannot guarantee shipping dates. 

Please note: Due to the heavy shipping and delivery volume especially during holiday seasons and due to supply chain issues, shipping companies and services are taking longer than usual. 

Does Lady Justice Apparel™ Do Split Order Shipping?

No. We ship your full order at one time. Split order shipping is not the best eco-friendly option. By shipping your full order once, we limit the carbon footprint.

Shipping each individual item for orders where there is more than one purchase, increases the carbon footprint relating to shipping. Given the grave environmental issues facing the planet, we work to minimize our environmental footprint. Shipping once is a small way we can help. 

Delays in Shipping Due to Supply Chain Issues

In recent months, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and world events, the global supply chain has been severely disrupted. As a result, it is very difficult for Lady Justice Apparel™ to establish accurate dates for when our suppliers can provide the ethical and WRAP compliant products we source will be available.

Raw material shortages, labour force limitations and global transport restrictions in some cases have caused unexpected delays that are outside of the control of Lady Justice Apparel™ control.

As we continue to strive to better serve our incredible Lady Justice Apparel™ customers and allies, we will do our best to keep you informed about changes that may affect your order. We value your continued loyalty and support of our womxn owned microbusiness focused on giving back to the community, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Does Lady Justice Apparel™ Offer International Shipping?

No. Lady Justice Apparel™ only ships across Canada at this time and the United States (please email us to inquire about shipping to the United States).

Lady Justice Apparel™ does not offer international shipping outside of  the United States and Canada at this time. We hoping to ship internationally at some point in 2022 as we grow. 

 Return Shipping

If your item(s) are not returned in their original condition, then the return request will not be processed.

All Lady Justice Apparel™ brand products purchased on sale, or part of a special offer (such as a Limited Edition and/or Collections designated for fundraising purposes) and/or part of a promotion are final sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer/customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your Lady Justice Apparel™  purchase, then you must email info@LadyJusticeApparel.com within 7 days of receipt of your item(s).

If you have received a defective item, we require photographs showing the defect being claimed. Lady Justice Apparel™  will only accept returns and/or exchanges on regular priced items, provided that the items have not been worn, washed or used. 

All Lady Justice Apparel™  brand products purchased on sale, special offer (such as a Limited Edition and/or Collections designated for fundraising purposes) and/or part of a promotion are final sale.

Exchanges

Lady Justice Apparel™  products will only accept returns and/or exchanges on regular priced items, which are not part of a Limited Edition and/or part of a Collection designated or connected to a fundraising purpose, and provided that the item(s) have not been worn, washed or used. 

All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer/customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. 

Since Lady Justice Apparel™ donates a percentage of the net profits, all limited edition and/or collections designated for fundraising purposes are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

Collections & Limited Editions

All Lady Justice Apparel™  Collections and Limited Editions designated as or created for fundraising purposes are considered final sale.

Since Lady Justice Apparel™ donates a percentage of the net profits, all of our collections and/or limited edition apparel designated for fundraising are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

Promotions & Sales

All Lady Justice Apparel™ brand products and/or items on sale or part of a special offer and/or part of a promotion are final sale.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on these items. All offers are limited to stock on site. Buyer/customer must pay the applicable sale taxes.

Special sale offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, promotional code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. All sales are final on sales, special offers and promotions. 

Lady Justice Apparel™ has the right to modify any sale, special offer or promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply. 

Pre-Ordering to Cut Down on Textile Waste

From the start, Lady Justice Apparel™ has made artisanal law themed small batch t-shirts a thing. We create limited artisanal small batches of casual clothing and accessories. Cutting down on overproduction. Limiting the amount of textile and fashion waste produced by our brand.

We've included more pre-ordering so we can even cut down further on textile waste. Through pre-ordering we only generate what you want. Making sure we aren’t contributing to the fashion waste problem.

The downside is sometimes you will have to wait a little longer for your Lady Justice Apparel™ gear to arrive. But the upside is you’re supporting artisanal small batch apparel and minimizing your personal eco footprint too!

About Our Garments

Our garments are designed in Canada for Legal Minded People. All Lady Justice Apparel™ designs are created by a Canadian Lady Justice Apparel™ artist working with our creative team. We work with and support Canadian artists, who we also feature through our various collections. All our t-shirt designs are copyright protected. 

Our Lady Justice Apparel™ brand garments are sourced in Canada. We work with local companies in Toronto and across Canada to source our garments. We also work with local screen printing companies in Toronto and across Canada to screen print all Lady Justice Apparel™ designs.

Lady Justice Apparel™ brand garments are made out of material manufactured in the United States. While some of the garments are completed in other countries, Lady Justice Apparel™ works with our suppliers to identify sweatshop free and eco friendly garments. Also, that the manufactured garments follow the Worldwide Responsibility Accredited Production (WRAP) certification. The WRAP certification process is applied to suppliers using its 12 principles which look at worker safety and health, environmental impact and the prohibition of forced labour and/or sweatshop conditions.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Orders

Lady Justice Apparel™  is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We cannot provide refunds for lost, stolen or missing orders.
