Shipping

Lady Justice Apparel™  only ships across Canada. We do not ship to the United States. Orders are sent out within 72 hours (three business days). Pre-Orders are usually shipped according to a specific date or within 2 weeks after the order is place. 

We use Canada Post through Shopify. If you are having issues with getting the shipping function to work, please contact us immediately at: info@ladyjusticeapparel.com.

Costs for shipping vary and may be subject to increased postage costs and/or shipping costs. These costs are set by Canada Post and not Lady Justice Apparel™. Shipping of pre-orders are subject to change due to manufacturer supply chain issues.  

Currently, Lady Justice Apparel™ does not ship to the United States or Internationally.  Any products shipped to the United States or Internationally are subject to customs and/or duties, which are set by the country and are applied upon arrival in that country where the buyer/customer has requested they be shipped to, and any customs and/or duties payable are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer.  With the current and continutally evolving tariff situation, we cannot ship to the United States at this time. 

Shipping delays are always a possibility and are completely outside the control of Lady Justice Apparel™ and we cannot guarantee shipping dates. 

Return Shipping

If your item(s) are not returned in their original condition, then the return request will not be processed. All Lady Justice Apparel™  purchased on sale or part of a special offer, limited edition or collection designated for fundraising purposes and/or part of a promotion are final sale.

All Lady Justice Apparel™  Limited Edition and/or Collections or apparel designated for fundraising purposes that has been purchased as these are considered final sale. Since Lady Justice Apparel™ donates a percentage of the net profits, for its collections or limited edition fundraising apparel these are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. 

 

International Shipping

We only ship to across Canada and to the United States of America and Canada. We hope that as our microbusiness grows that we can start shipping internationally.
